What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact details, location, visitor type, intended timing, interests, preferred learning format, background and question you choose to provide. If you choose to send a guided-assistant conversation to the team, that conversation is included with your enquiry.

Why we collect it

We use this information to route and respond to your enquiry, understand service demand, improve approved website guidance and review the quality of the guided assistant.

What not to send

Please do not submit financial details, health information or other sensitive documents through the website or assistant.

Retention and access

Submitted enquiries are intended to be retained for an initial 90-day review period unless a longer period is required for an active relationship or legal purpose. Anonymised question themes may be kept to improve services. Contact info@kiwiferneducation.com to request access, correction or deletion.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, broad referral sources, contact-link clicks and successful enquiries. We do not send your enquiry answers, contact details or guided-assistant messages to Google Analytics. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses sent to Analytics and send only the origin of referring websites.

Analytics is off until you accept. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are disabled. Your preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days; Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days. Use Change analytics preferences on this privacy page to change your choice or withdraw consent. Declining does not prevent you from using the website or submitting an enquiry.

Google processes analytics information on its infrastructure, which may be outside New Zealand. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Consent choices and browser blocking mean analytics reports may not include every visit or enquiry.

Service providers

We may use carefully selected hosting, email and technology providers to operate the website and respond to enquiries.
